If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
Our reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders is Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at support@mmo-warlords.lovable.app and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Bank clearing times vary and may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
When a refund is issued, any in-game currency, keys, cosmetics, or items granted by the refunded order may be removed from your hero.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
