These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ANME Design & Tech AB("we", "us"), the operator of the MMO Warlords game and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
MMO Warlords is a browser-based role-playing game. We may add, change, or remove features, zones, items, and mechanics at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment terms, taxes, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy applies to change-of-mind refund requests. Virtual items, currencies, and cosmetics granted through purchases have no cash value and are licensed for use inside the Service only.
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, artwork, lore, trademarks, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
If you submit content (e.g. hero names, chat), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access ends and characters may be deleted after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your user content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
